Beth Reeve - Customer Service Manager
Beth hails from the beautiful state of Michigan. After her parents made it clear that her dream of getting a BMX bike for her 7th birthday was not in the cards, she learned how to take jumps on her Lil Chik Schwinn with a banana seat. Her love of biking and adventure continued when she moved to Utah and fell in love with the mountains. Prior to working with the team at Women in the Mountains, she owned her own company, helping businesses market themselves through video and print media. Beth enjoys taking friends and family biking, especially on the trails in Southern Utah. She loves seeing the confidence that mountain biking instills in others and how that trickles into other aspects of their lives. Beth and her family live near a mountain and when she isn’t working, she can be found biking, hiking, or skiing with family and friends.
Laura Dickey - Technical Writer
Laura grew up in the mountains of Northern Utah, where she became an avid mountain biker, skier, hiker, backpacker, and rock climber. After college, she lived in and explored Japan, Thailand, and Boston; however, the mountains and red rocks eventually lured her back. She has spent most of her career involved in medical research, writing, and education, but often has one eye out the window—daydreaming about her next adventure. She has taught several outdoor recreation and wilderness survival courses, and is a Girl Scout leader. Laura lives in Salt Lake City with her husband, their two spirited daughters, and dozens of dying houseplants. She loves being a part of the Women in the Mountains community!
