Friday's workout from my coach Don was intervals on my mountain bike. My heart really wasn't in them. I did them...kind of...then started noticing all of the flowers in bloom in the desert. So, I started taking pictures, I tried to get one of every color. These are all from my iphone, the quality isn't fantastic. The route I took was a new one & not a very good one. The riding was a lot of loose drainage gravel. Still more interesting than a road ride & of course I never see anyone out there!
