I was hoping the rain and snow that was forecasted wouldn't show up. But by time I was at the upper tunnel the snow was blowing sideways and I was sopping wet. The plan was to ride the NORBA loop (Breakfast climb to Satan's escalator) then out to the Bonnie & Clyde lookout. But I ended up hustling back to the truck to warm up my frozen toes and face (no need to point out how weak I've become living in these souther climes). So much for a long ride at race pace. My fingers are crossed for warmer days next week.
