Crank Brothers treated me very well last week. I ended up collapsing two pedals this winter so I turned them in for warranty work. After talking to the warranty guy he convinced me to upgrade my pedals (for a steep discount-similar to the price they offered to me on "pro deal"), so I placed that order a long with an extra set of cleats. I've learned that I wear out cleats quickly and that it's a good idea to replace them regularly.

Then an hour later he emailed me and said they were out of the pedal I had ordered. But since we had talked about my race that was coming at the end of the week that I HAD to have pedals for, he sent me the eggbeater2 & extra cleats for free, and made sure I had them by Friday. I raced on them less than 24 hours later! He also threw in this hip-hop cool beanie to keep me warm post-race. That is what I call great customer service.
