The sun finally came out again in Park City! We did a family spin to visit Carl's new office. It was my sister's first time on her bike since she tore her ACL. So we rolled mellow with our Dad and enjoyed each other's company.

Then I went to the back side of Emigration and did some hill repeat intervals; ouch. I ran into Ike at the top of Emigration, he was out hammering it!
