Kimberly, one of the very few women that races mountain bikes AND lives in Las Vegas, joined me for a ride today. She is super fun to talk to and really skilled in the technical sections. One of the first rides I did with her, she did a multiple stair step drop with out blinking an eye!

The non-workout related goal for the day was to add to the Rubber Ducky collection on a certain cactus in Blue Diamond. I've been on the lookout for a ducky and finally stumbled upon one for $0.39, so I invested and carried it to the trails! Goal fulfilled.
