Rocky Mountain Bicycles has taken very good care of me this year! I've been riding the full suspension 26er (Element Team RSL) and raced it at Mellow Johnny's last weekend. It was the perfect bike for the rougher terrain that Texas had to offer. This bike will also be great to have because of the smaller wheels for courses with lots of switch backs (such as Deer Valley).
To my delight, my hard tail 29er (The Vertex 990 RSL 29) was ready to race for Bonelli Park. It had been a few months since I'd been on a 29er and I'd forgotten how fun it was to be on a such a large steed! That bike is wicked light and has a very stiff bottom bracket, perfect for those steep climbs.
Rocky Mountain also sent a care package (from Quebec!) so I can proudly wear the maple leaf almost daily! I'm pleased to be associated with this awesome bike company!
