Since the underground race was going to be less than 9 miles, I joined a group of strong roadies (that happen to race mountain bikes too!) to ride out to the race. It was just under 39 miles to get there, we rolled up with enough time to swap shoes, grab our other bikes and race on the dirt! I took some Stan's NoTubes Sealant for participants and they were used as the awards. The whole race is so low key but so much fun!
