This is my fourth year wearing Julbo eyewear to Sea Otter! (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014). For racing this year I've been favoring the Stunt or the Stony but in my haste, I forgot to grab either of those on my exit from my hotel room. Luckily I always have my Bora Bora's for driving and casual wear. They are super comfortable (and look fabulous!) but I was worried about the lenses fogging since they weren't meant for riding. A few minutes into my warm up for short track, I realized they were working perfectly! I raced in them Friday and when I saw a picture of them combined with my helmet I realized it made a groovy combo! So on Saturday I purposefully wore them for the cross country race! Both days there was plentiful sunshine that the Spectron 3 lens handled with ease! I went from racing to visiting sponsors in the Bora Bora's and never had a second thought about functionality or performance.No matter which Julbo frame I wear, I'm always pleased with the result!
