Masters National Championships Time Trial

After 12 rides and on my new TT bike, I won the Masters National Championships Time Trial! So many people came together to get this to happen in such a short amount on time. This was an idea I had about 6 weeks ago. So then  Jamis sent me the Xenith TT bike 5 weeks ago. Mt. Borah did a rush order to get the skin suit delivered a few days before and I got a hold of the wheels to race the night before! Jeff Louder spent some time with me dialing in my position and helping me figure out pacing and other details of the race. Then he came out on race day for race support and guidance. It made all the difference to have him (and his parents) there! I raced my heart and lungs out and couldn't be any more stoked about laying down the fastest women's time of the day by 1'14" at 49:11.
Stars and Stripes were earned. An achievement beyond any dream I could have hoped for just a handful of years ago!
