I am so incredibly pleased to let you know I am solidly back to cross country racing! It has been a roller coaster for me the past 19 months with my health and family stress. I put in some really solid work this winter and I tested it out this weekend in St. George, Utah. I WON my first race back! I went into the race with no expectations, just get my legs under me. After chasing the lead for 2 laps I decided to make an attack on the 3rd lap and it worked! I was just as surprised as everyone else!
