Paleo & Better Ride

Today is day 30 eating Paleo! I was 98% there. I finally decided to add popcorn into my diet, I needed something to snack on that wasn't as high fat/calorie as nuts. In fact, I really over did it on the nuts for a few days. I've also had a few larabars that have peanuts in them. There was one social meal that I was unprepared for and ended up having about 1/8 C of pasta, and there was no way out of it. So those were my "cheats". Not too shabby. I can't say I feel WAY better, because I already felt really good. But to be clear, I feel great.

Next up...this weekend I'm going to San Diego for a Bettter Ride clinic. I'm hoping to gain some useful skills for racing next summer.
