It was so great to get some visitors from up North! Lucy & Drew were in town for the weekend so we gathered some friends and headed out to the trails. We had a great ride in the sunshine at Blue Diamond. The group rolled from BD up to Badger, out to the Big Yucca and back. Everyone was smiling all day long!
For lunch we made Lime-Scented Coconut Brown Rice and Curried Chicken & Vegetables. Super Delish!
