I am so excited to have an awesome training plan in place. Lynda Wallenfels of LW coaching has worked with me to get my schedule dialed in for the summer. She is really great at asking the right questions and being straight forward about what works. I highly suggest her, her training plans and coaching services. I can sleep easier now knowing that a world-class athlete and top tier coach helped me plan my training and racing for 2011.
I've decided to make this season all about cross country once again. That means training for races 1.5-2.5 hours long. It also means that I removed all of the long races out of my schedule prior to August. I've already paid for Leadville and Park City Point to Point, so I will still participate in them, but won't be trained for them specifically (they might hurt a bit!).
