The last Thursday of each month White Pine Touring has a free BBQ for all that have attended the ride. It was a huge turnout! We split into 3 groups for the ride. John & I went with the middle group and got to hang with some great people. The temperatures & trails were PERFECT. It's the best time of year to be in Park City.

Part of my sponsorship with Stan's No Tubes is that I'll put on some clinics through out the year. These White Pine rides and barbecues are the perfect venue. There are lots of seasoned riders and lots of people looking to learn more about mountain biking. Stan's sent samples (pictured below) & stickers to pass out. Everyone who knew about Stan's already was stoked and I got to teach a few people that are newer to mountain biking about how the sealant works. I also had my largest Stan's "coral" to show off, have you ever seen anything so cool?

I also called Brad at CarboRocket and had him send samples. There were plenty of folks who had never tried it but were stoked to have a new endurance fuel to sample. I let them know that I used it at every race and I'm fast, so if they drink it they'll be fast too! I also told them that all they have to do is try it and they'll know that it tastes so much better than any other endurance fuel. The taste is KEY, because in a long race if you are dreading the flavor of your fuel, you won't eat it and you will bonk. If it tastes great, you are motivated to drink and you will stay feeling great!
