Last week's training rides were uneventful. I had to dodge the rain most days and did 4 of my 6 rides up Emigration Canyon. My family has a long riding history with with this canyon, I'll flesh it out in a later post.

Monday was a very mellow recovery ride with my Dad. Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday were alone, but not lonely.

Thursday I pre-rode the beautiful Soldier Hollow Course. My friends TSJ & McKay happened to be there and took pictures from the observation Deck.
